  • A duly completed incorporation form with the following information:
    • Name of the company
    • Registration address
    • A brief description of the company's operations
    • Details on shareholders, directors, and the company secretary
    • Liability of members
    • Share capital registered on incorporation
    • The number of shares purchased by subscribers
  • For non-resident shareholders and directors: a copy of passport, residential address proof in their home countries..
  • For resident shareholders and directors: ID card, residential address proof.
  • For corporate shareholders and directors: Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
